If you are experiencing problems in colors , You can change colors in window 10.
problems in colors can be serious problem in eyes like blurring and less visibility.
Go to setting from start Menu.
Choose Personalize
than Choose Colors
Now change your Desired color which is good for Your eye
If You see bellow the Color setting
You can more color By choosing Hight Contrast color
You can choose more contrast color in this option as you preferred
