If not create new Google account

Lo-gin to Google account and go to Google drive typing on browser 

Download Google drive to your Pc

If you have create folder in Google drive Web you can directly synchronize to the folder if not create New folder

Google drive will form folder in your User folder in pc as Google drive

click to respective file to open and Edit as you like

Save the file, after few seconds depending on your Internet speed file will be Updated as you save

Go to my computer and select the Hdd or Usb drive

Right click and format it

Right click and click to rename
