There is two ways to make desktop icon Bigger or smaller
1st step is:
Right click in desktop (working Area)
Hover the mouse over View you can see three Option to choose
Larger icons
Medium icons
Smaller icon
choose your desire option
2nd option is:
This can be possible is you are Using mouse or Using sensitive touch pad.
In Mouse there is wheel in middle part of Mouse
When you roll front and back in desktop or folder, the size of icon and folder becomes bigger and Smaller
Likewise With the help of 2 fingers in touchpad stretch some space ,the icon becomes bigger or smaller
